NEED HELP ASSEMBLING YOUR PAPER CRUZER?

A LITTLE PATIENCE WILL HELP A LOT!
OTHER THAN THAT, ITS PRETTY EASY!

YOU WILL NEED:
THE PRINTED PAPER CRUZER SHEET*
SCISSORS OR A HOBBY KNIFE (EXACTO etc)
 A CUTTING MAT (or place to cut safely with your knife)
GLUE (White glue or Contact cement)

*PRINT THE PAPER CRUZER DIRECTLY FROM THE PDF FILE.
DO NOT RESIZE.
IT WILL FIT ON A STANDARD 8.5" X 11" SHEET.
USE HEAVY CARDSTOCK (110lbs or better)
(You can also print on paper and then glue the paper sheet to card or poster board)

ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS:

1. CAREFULLY CUT OUT THE ENTIRE PAPER CRUZER FROM THE SHEET.
Remove and discard all surrounding white area but make sure not to cut off any of the glueing tabs.

2. CUT OUT AND SAVE THE TWO "SIDE MIRRORS".
Its recommended that you pre-cut the Mirror mounting holes before you assemble the Cruzer.
They are indicated by white lines, in the side windows, of each door.

3. TO FOLD THE BASE OF THE CRUZER, YOU MUST CAREFULLY CUT THE WHEELS AND EXHAUST
AS INDICATED IN THE IMAGE BELOW...CUT ONLY WHERE INDICATED BY WHITE DOTS.

4. PRE FOLD ALL FOLDING LINES AND GLUEING TABS.

5. TEST FIT ALL FOLDS AND TABS.

6. NOW BEGIN GLUEING YOUR TABS. WORK SLOWLY. ONLY GLUE ONE SECTION AT A TIME.
GLUE TABS IN ORDER AS THEY ARE LABELED (A, B, C, D)
GLUE EACH TAB AND ALLOW TO SET BEFORE MOVING ON TO THE NEXT GLUEING AREA.

7. ONCE THE CRUZER IS ASSEMBLED, YOU CAN FIT THE SIDE MIRRORS BY FOLDING AND GLUEING
THE MIRROR ASSEMBLIES AND THEN INSERTING THEM INTO THE PRE-CUT SLOTS ON EACH DOOR.

THATS IT! YOU HAVE ASSEMBLED YOUR VERY OWN PAPER CRUZER!!

Note: If your Cruzer has been printed and assembled from white cardstock/paper, you will notice the white
cut edges of the paper in some areas. You can use a black magic marker to cover and hide these edges.
